do we get to see what is updated with latest updates on wemod ? i,e, changelog ?

The changelog is in your WeMod settings.
Click the arrow in the lower left of the WeMod desktop software next to your username. Choose the Settings option. Then click the Changelog button, which is also on the bottom left after opening the settings. 
You’ll also be able to subscribe to changelog update notifications.
