Little late to the party here but “Max Scout Relationships” really boned me. I didn’t mean to hit it and I was 15hrs in… Rather annoying tbh. In my opinion, it’s not even labeled correctly. I feel like it could be misconstrued as giving you the scout credits or whatever that’s called 
Absolutely. Now i want an option where i can change my scout relations manually as i think thats the only thing that can unsoftlock me
