I was trying to use the Binding Of Issac: Afterbirth trainer when I realized that I think the game auto updated me to Afterbirth + (cause it would see the game but non of the cheats would work for it), which I am fine with just wish there was a trainer for it

You could give this trainer a try until one is made for infinity. Make certain to use version V03.30.2017 of the trainer.
