Bioshock 2 remastered crash

Hello, while playing Bioshock remastered with WeMod didn’t raise any issue, with the #2 version instead the game crash after few minutes leaving me with WeMod (8.3.6) open and the desktop
Note: in this scenario all cheats are reversed to OFF
Updated 36 hours ago nVidia drivers, no fix

This is my system:
Win 10 Pro x64 21H2 - ASUS Prime Z270-A (BIOS 1302) - INTEL i5-7600K - NOCTUA NH-D15S - 16Gb (2x8) RAM GSKILL TRIDENT Z DDR4 @ 3600 MHz CL 15 - GIGABYTE AORUS GTX1080 8Gb - ENERMAX MODU87+ 700W - CASE THERMALTAKE VIEW 71 RGB - SSD SAMSUNG 980 PRO M.2 PCIe 500Gb + 4 HDD x 26Tb

Any suggestion?
