It doesn’t work that way… you actually have to have redeemed a premier club code… even when you add the files they do no actually work in game.
I got mine for free with my graphics card.
well, worked for me, I got a premier club code in my copy anywayz

Keys don’t work, Even when using cheatengine modding the keys still fails.
I dont have the Captain Scarlett DLC 
guess it doesn’t work
