Unfortunately, there is not at the moment in Horizon as it was only leaked a bit ago.

No tool as of yet. There is start saves that have been posted with max rank, Health, Money and skill points. So you could use one of them or just wait for a tool.

There is a GPD Editor (Badass Rank) on 360haven…

There is also a (ALL MODDED CHARACTERS) Starter Save available on xbox360iso, which includes All characters

  • Level 6
  • Max Money
  • Max Skill points

and from what i read, once you upgrade all skills you pretty much have GOD mode

You would either have to have a flashed Xbox or a Jtag to play it. It is currently not leaked on other consoles at the moment.

How to use:

  1. Extract “5454087C.gpd” from the Xbox360 Profile.
  2. Open “5454087C.gpd” in this program.
  3. Edit the file and then save it.
  4. Replace “5454087C.gpd” in the Xbox360 Profile.
  5. Rehash and Resign the Xbox360 Profile.

Note:

  • Remember to make a backup of your GPD before saving!
  • All “Begin” values should be “2” and all “End” values should be “0”. Do not save otherwise!
  • If someone figures out the item ID’s then I can add them to the editor…

Item IDs:

  • ID # 138 = BadAssPoints

Not that i have found. Been using the lvl 50 save for a while now and still no achievement. You could use this save if you wish to level up yourself:

The saves have max money and enough skill points to fill all the trees.

All characters
Level 6
Max Money
Max Skill points

Whats the latest on this ive checked 360 haven and the only starter save they have is level 50 which is pointless in my opinion…does anyone know of a way to have all skill points to fill out all the trees but keep everything else the same?#?

Use the save i posted above it has max money and skill points but is only level six. No tool as of yet.
