I was scrolling through the ‘Game Modders’ tab and only saw ‘Borderlands’ and not ‘Borderlands 2’? Is it there, or it’s not?
It is not. Horizon does not have a save editor for BL2. You can use the Gibbed editor, though. It’s a great editor.
