One Hit Kill seems to stop you from talking to some npc’s and attacking some monsters
edit: that some npc’s can be main quest npc’s my game save boke i reload from old save that didn’t fix i quit to main menu and load agin that didn’t fix it so i quit the game started it back up without the trainer and that didn’t fix it so i lost game game save One Hit Kill should be removed or fixed so people don’t lose there game save
Unlimited health seems to keep health at 100 no matter what. For example later in the game you’ll have 120 max health (after drinking Silban’s potions), turning the “Unlimited health” option on will instantly lower your current health to 100 and keep it there.
That wouldn’t be a problem, but every time Sybil is in your party, she’ll go crazy trying to heal you (the missing 20 points) over and over again, wasting her time and resources.
