You are better off looking for trainers on google somewhere, you can suggest the trainer but it is down to the people to vote if they want it. We use WePoints (Wemod Points) to vote on what trainers we want the devs to make next. You could possibly acquire the points yourself but you only get 100 per day and the game needs 50,000.
@Jhinn @Zadious1 all games now require a total of 200,000 wepoints in order for a trainer to be made for a game via the request game feature, though occasionally but rarely games do get trainers without being requested by the community at the moment there is no toontown game in the request game page so id recomend if you want to “request” the game using wepoints to tag a admin/moderator to see if they can add it the the request game page

Isn’t it online only though? The original game is toontown online so this one might be too.
I don’t know if it is or not, never played it. I did do a quick search on google and found plenty of “Hacks” so it may possibly be an online game. Would need OC to confirm though
