Every time I try to connect to Discord it opens the new page for a couple of seconds then just closes. I don’t believe I have any other Wemod accounts or anything. I have been using this same pro account for a few years now. I was able to join the sever but I just can’t connect the accounts together.
Hey GunStarforPeace, try logging into Discord through your browser and ensure you’re not signed into any other accounts. If you have a mobile device, you can also attempt using the connections page on a browser. Just be sure to disconnect the account before trying to reconnect.
I have tried through the browser, on mobile, on my tablet and 2 different computers. Still doing the same thing. Opens the page, the green button at the bottom shows the 3 loading dots then the page closes back to the connections page.
You currently have an account paired by the name of zxalpe, You will need to sign into that account and disconnect it.
Does it not show in the connections page on the WeMod website? Also shouldn’t that have the Pro role?

No, it will not display your username. The username shown here belongs to your pro account, but right now, your Discord is connected to a regular user account(zxalpe). It seems like you might have signed into a different account on the website and paired that one with your Discord instead of your pro account. If you can sign in that account i have shown and disconnect it then you will be able to pair this current account to it.
I believe that account (zxalpe) was the free account I had before I went pro. I don’t remember it having an email addressed associated with it. Is there anyway to find the email (if there is one) that is connected to that account? Because both my discord and pro accounts are linked to the same email already.
You can sign in with the username on the login page
Right but I have no idea what the password for that old account would be. I can’t do a PW reset without knowing what email it might be assigned too.
Okay, Start an email to support@wemod.com and they will be able to assist you further. I’m limited with the tools I have access too but they will be able to resolve all of this. Just include this conversation in your email with a link
