Cant launch any game via Wemod. All games work well respectively, but there is no response after clicking “play” button. I reinstalled Wemod but it is still not working.
I downloaded trainers from https://www.wemod.com/cheats and run them to launch Wemod respectively, then the trainers started to work well.
I reckon the cause is Wemod fails to download the trainer, as I noticed that the trainer remains to be a temporary file in the cache folder. After running the exe trainer files, the tem files are still there in the download folder, but dll trainers appears in the trainers folder.
If you’re running an antivirus, then that can also be the cause. BitDefender and Norton are the most aggressive that I’ve seen so far.
I’m only running Microsoft Defender
That’s still an antivirus. Add WeMod as an exception in it.
If you need to download WeMod again due to the AV deleting or quarantining something, turn Windows Defender off, uninstall WeMod from your PC and then and re-download the installer from here: https://api.wemod.com/client/download. Then make sure you add WeMod as an exception before you launch it.
