The dev changed the entire game backend it will take quite some time to update the trainer.

Everytime i try an launch the trainer it says: its not for this version of the game. my game is up to date so what version is it for?

Seems to need an update.
Using it you get a notice on your screen, that the game needs to be up to date if you want to continue playing. Sometimes it works for a bit till the notice pops up after a few nights/saves.
