I have posted this problem before and nobody has given me a definitive answer as to how to fix the problem. Yes, it is “injected”, the play button shows playing, games play, yet the hotkeys still don’t work. I have tried the suggested fixes and they still don’t work. No, I am NOT using “Pro” as I do not want to pay for it. The price is ridiculous! If I have to pay for this, I will not continue to use “WeMod”. So! A little help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
BTW! All of the supported games behave in the same manner on my system. They worked just fine before that big update. So what gives?!?
1: Alt+Tab to Wemod, THEN hit the hotkeys. They should work that way (I’ve had to do this on a few games in the past)
2: Make sure the hotkeys aren’t bound to something else in the game. That can interfere with the trainer’s ability to activate properly, or at all (I’ve had this happen a couple times).
3: Reinstall Wemod. It shouldn’t take too long.
I have 23 games supported by WeMod and the cheats will not work for any of them. Before that infamous update, the cheats worked just fine. I have tried reinstalling WeMod twice and it still does not work. I launch the games from within WeMod and the play button shows “playing”. I use the keys while in game and NOT by ALT-TABBING out of the games to activate them. The keys are “grayed” out if I ALT-Tab out. I can’t re-assign them either.
To say that I am frustrated is an understatement!

I am thinking that if all 23 supported games are not working for you universally it is probably something specific to your configuration. I would consider making sure that any programs that hook shortcut keys are not running, including overlays, macro enabled mice and keyboards, discord etc. You could just shut off all startup programs not windows related in MSCONFIG and disable all non-microsoft services in the same place. Also, as an alienware owner I have noticed the alienware command center does not play well with others, but the above will disable it on a reboot. If you have replaced the alienware keyboard and mouse that came with the area-51, make sure that the drivers for those are also removed from device manager so that the computer is only listening for one set of inputs.
