The option to vote for an Epic Games trainer has been added to the desktop app.
Voting has exceeded what was determined
Then now all there is to do is wait for a trainer developer to get around to it. Bear in mind there are other trainers which were in their list to build or update before ARK was.
That plus ARK can be difficult to make a trainer for due to some technical aspects of the game, so it may take a little while more than usual.
Be patient. Keep an eye in the deals & giveaways section of the forum, which exists to give you some free and discounted games to grab while waiting for updates.
