hi is there a way you could add 1 hit kill when using the pistol / gun

can this be updated with a few more options please.

After today’s update it seems that ghost mode doesnt work anymore. I tried with and without overlay for the same result. When I type the key the cheat reverts almost immediately back to off. Thanks for your help!
