One thing I did notice though, is that “Unlimited Character Shield” sometimes prevents buildings being destroyed, such as the case in Albion when you need to destroy the Russian Embassy building during a mission.

I run it through DX12 and the trainer works fine. Maybe verify your cache or something. Mess around with it

So infinite ammo doesnt work on all weapons and still would like infinite ufo health

Infinite ammo doesn’t work on the Quantum Deconstructor, which was really disappointing, as that was just so much fun to play around with in the original with the cheats on.

Ignore ammo and Unlimited Energy doesn’t work with the Quantum Deconstructor, and Unlimited Character Shield doesn’t work with the saucer, makes bosses invincible, and strangely makes buildings indestructible when active. Please correct this.
