If the game is anything like Diablo 3, no.

I highly doubt it, although being a PvE game I don’t really see why it would be a problem if there were.

Being that recent Diablo games are server sided, and I’m pretty sure Diablo 4 has an anti-cheat along with it, it’s very highly unlikely that it will get a trainer.
