First of all, I changed your thread title, because it was misleading people into thinking this was an official trainer thread.
We offer no guarantee that trainers designed for one store version will work flawlessly on the same game from a different store, if at all. The reason being because there are differences in the game’s code depending in the store it comes from, which usually require each store version to have their own trainer.
