Downloaded the Wemod set up but nothing happens

so i just downloaded the WeMod set. it said wait for everything to download.

i waited, but then nothing happens. i restarded my PC but still

Disable your antivirus then try installing it.

i just did that but still cant install it.

was having an issue with the dload from the main page. it would start to download the files, then fail, even after using admin mode and turning off my antivirus.Came here to find answers and saw this post and that linked worked perfectly. I don’t know what the exact nature of the issue was, but this alternate dload solved it. Thank you!!
