Alright, I can’t seem to find any information on this and can’t seem to figure it out on my own. How does one unlock Parallel Quest #47? I’ve beaten every quest but that one and would really love to unlock Goku (Super Saiyan 4) to add to my roster. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
I believe you have to do the hidden “Legendary Super Sayian” story. You can unlock this story by completing all parallel quest and beating the normal story.
You get that Saga by obtaining all 5 time shards after completing the main storyline. I’ve already beaten that as well. I’m missing #47 and no clue why… 
EDIT: I have found the answer. After completing certain sagas of the main storyline, some of the main characters from the game show up in Tokitoki City. You have to talk to Trunks (Kid) outside the World Tournament to get the challenge.
Ah, I forgot all about that, yeah, you had to speak to certain NPCs to advance. Sorry for the wrong info.
