Edit Translate in local File

It may have been mentioned multiple times. hope to provide a way to modify translation files locally.

For example, in the WeMod directory, add a folder to store the translation files for each game.

Although can contribute translation in Crowdin, it will take some time to wait for Wemod updates. But I need to use it now. Instead of waiting for the next update.

I can modify translation in locally first, and then submit to Crowdin after my game is over.

Providing a local translation preview also has a benefit, which is to ensure that people will use it in the game. Instead of translating based on conjecture on Crowdin terms, this can avoid many incorrect translations.
