i cant install the app when im tring ti install i get entry point not found the procedure entry point SetDefaultDllDirectories could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
You missing updates for windows 7. Installing the newest security updates should fix the issue https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=47409
i cant install the update it says the update is not applicable to you computer.
What operating system are you on?
Im on Windows 7 64bit
Make sure you have all previous updates installed. That update requires service pack 1.
I have service pack 1 yes but I don’t have any previous updates
