I can’t buy the pro version because the postal code always gives an error even though it is correct.

Because payments involve personal information, which includes your postal code, the support we can provide here in a public forum is extremely limited, as your personal information needs to be protected.
Things you can try:
- Making sure it it capitalised correctly.
- Making sure it contains any necessary spaces.
- Trying it without any spaces.
- Making sure your country selection is correct.
- Making sure you are not getting the letter O and number 0 mixed up. Or the lowercase letter L (l) mixed up with the uppercase letter i (I).
