Error when I try do login! The Horizon crashes and closes

I can open the Horizon normally, however when I
try doing my login with my email and password, the program crashes, shows a
message and it closes: “The horizon stopped working”.

I don’t know what i need to do, because i already tried a lot things and not
work.

Delete any trace of horizon, disable any anti-virus/firewall/etc, reinstall horizon. See if it works after that.
