On yours and STN’s version of the mod the unlimited fuel doesn’t work for me.
When toggled ON it switches OFF by itself.

How do I run this in Truckersmp?

You may not be able to do so. Most of those are online and server sided. WeMod also does not condone using trainers in online modes

@STiNGERR the fuel option still works but unlimited money and damage seems not more to work?
