On yours and STN’s version of the mod the unlimited fuel doesn’t work for me.
When toggled ON it switches OFF by itself.

How do I run this in Truckersmp?

You may not be able to do so. Most of those are online and server sided. WeMod also does not condone using trainers in online modes

After activating cheat and saving game and restarting game following issue is coming.
