I notice for some trainers to work a game has to be running first. How do I exit a game that is full screen and running to select the cheats on the WeMod trainer? I’ve tried the exit key and nothing happens.
I can’t get out of the game to get to the trainer! Please help!

Welcome to the community. 
As said above, the shortcut to switch windows is Alt+Tab.
An alternate, is Win+D, which minimises everything so you can see your desktop.
Another alternate is to consider becoming a Pro member so you can remotely control your cheats from a mobile device.
