I deleted my original reply because I saw that I could respond to you. Unlimited attacks and unlimited skills do not work for the player character or hired companions. They only work for the named companions.

probably due to the game update, it may be necessary to update the trainer
The last game update was more than a year ago and the trainer has been confirmed working since then.
Hi Chris. Using the Steam version of the trainer, only named companions, not the player and not hired companions, are affected by unlimited attacks/ skills usage cheats.
The Expeditions: Rome cheats have been updated!
Changes:
