Failed to connect to the server

I am unable to connect and keep getting sent to offline mode, I have tried what other topics have said to do.

I have turned off my firewall and antivirus from the same steps from this topichttps://www.horizonmb.com/threads/150644-Failed-to-Connect-to-Server-or-are-in-Offline-Mode-Look-here!

I have ran the installer both as an administrator and as not. I am installing from a “Horizon.Setup.v2.8.1.1” file I found at this topic https://www.horizonmb.com/threads/168044-No-connection-to-server. When trying to install from the “horizon-setup” file that I got from the top of the page, I get a message about the installer not being able to connect to server.

Before having this problem I was able to successfully install horizon, and accompanying adware, from the setup from the top of the page. Then it prompted me to 2.8.1.1 setup and update so I did. This was before I turned off any firewall. after starting the program I entered in my us and pw, but it kept saying they were wrong. So I then changed my pw, closed horizon and tried again. Still nothing, thats when I looked at other peoples problems and decided to uninstall horizon and download and instill with firewall and etc turned off. Thus presenting me with my current problem.

I have tried turning everything back on with no change in my problem.

Disregard my post >.<. After uninstalling then restarting my computer and re installing it worked fine. Was able to connect and all.
