The game has not been updated for years, so there is no reason for the trainer to suddenly break. Trainers only break when the game is updated.

If you have the Game of the Year edition, then you need to use the Game of the Year trainer, not this one you are commenting on which is for the standard edition.

If you have mods that drastically alters the way the game works, such as script extenders from NexusMods, then you may have to launch the game before you launch WeMod.

Your antivirus can be blocking cheats from being injected, see: "Wemod failed loading the cheats into your game" / "We’re having trouble downloading the cheats" - #2 by Ravenfyre

If your game is pirated / cracked, then buy it legitimately. WeMod does not deliberately make trainers to work in illegally stolen copies of games.
