Launch the game first through its own launcher. When you are in the main menu, then press the ‘Play’ button to launch the trainer.

Yes, thank you, but my game keeps crashing after
a few feet.

Yes, thanks FLiNG! But same issue for me. Barely in the start of of it but crashes often. I think mainly in cutscenes. It crashed for me in the intro when you get in the train. Also when I was following the Vagabonds and they are telling me the layout of the gangs. Trying to turn cheats on and off to see if one of them is what is causing the crash. Will update if I find it.
