This is a scripted part of the game that a trainer cannot alter. To change scripted parts of the game, you need a modification, not a trainer. Try NexusMods.

You can try switching the .exe in the Steam trainer to the Uplay version’s .exe by clicking the Fix button. But there’s no guarantee it’ll work flawlessly.
