Just formatted a ****ty 1GB USB that I had laying around. Can only use around 450MB, But it beats taking off my 120GB Fat HDD to move game saves, DLC & so on.
At first, It was a bit tricky to figure out all the technical stuff, Like which cluster size to use to get the maximum amount of space on my 1GB USB. After a few trial & error’s, I got it working Now once my misses finishes with my 2TB HDD, That bad boy will get formatted as a Xbox 360 2TB USB
