It’s been a moment since these release, and it still don’t work if we don’t have a english installation of the game, could we have a fix for that ?

I doubt the Dev can really do anything about it.

Sorry but there is plenty of cheats for FF7 and FF8 who are based on the language of the game,
I think it’s totally possible to do the same thing here !!

Yeah but if the Dev has English only version there’s nothing he can do.
The Dev made the cheats using his version of the game.
What’s your exes name? Maybe if the Dev adds the name it will work nobody can say for sure though

I have the french version of the game, so the name is ff7_fr.exe

for me, the rename of .exe fix the problem
@elrichs change ff7_fr to ff7_en and drop the exe to infinity

Hi, I’m having a problem with the cheats. When I toggle a cheat on, it switches back off. I have the English Steam version.

I’m having the same issue – English Steam version. I toggle a cheat and it toggles immediately off.

had same problem until i created custom on app searched for the final fantasy file then added the ff7_en.exe and loaded cheats through that and it works fine. hope it helps

just in case search dont find it its steam/steamapps/common/final fantasy

It worked for me a few weeks ago… now it randomly just toggles back to the ‘off’ position. Why now when it worked before?
