So i wanted to know if modding money in forza horizon 3 will be a thing. If not with Horizon maybe just with cheat engine. I dont know what to expect out of it and if it will be possible to get banned but i really just want to know if it will be possible to mod FH3. Thanks 
Hard to say what will be a thing until the game comes out, plus not sure I would they are very big on banning people for any level of fun

Horizon is only for 360, Infinity is our PC mod tool and there we will definitely be looking into adding a tool for it once it releases. It will depend on a lot of factors though on how much can be modded.
Well now with Forza Horizon 3 coming to pc will there be anyway for some sort of money modding and things?
As I stated we will look into it but it all depends on how the game is laid out.
