Well I have heard a few things about glowing paint… But first of all, never EVER sell any glowing paint jobs on the storefront. Some jealous/police person will find it and report it, resulting in a perma ban/temporary ban, depending on if you sold it for credits or not.
getting to the howto topic: I do not know how to code a glowing paint or what not, but I have been messaging the owners of present glowing paint jobs to “unlock” glowing decals for me, so that I can modify them, and find the glowing paint in my “recent paint” section when you change the color of a decal or the entire car color. I do not know if finding it there is 100% truth, only because I’ve heard this from random people I don’t know. It sounds pretty trustworthy, though.
