You’ll need to buy your own laptop.
Installing unauthorised software on a laptop you do not own is likely going to be a violation of your school’s code of conduct (or similar legally-binding contractual terms that you signed when you enrolled), which can get you in trouble.
The main reason they block such software is for security. And the second is obviously because it interferes with your education.
