I submitted feedback 23 days ago at https://hub.wemod.com/p/new-design and it has not yet been processed; it is still listed as ‘pending.’ This is extremely unsatisfactory!
At this point, I don’t know what else to do but post this here.

I’m very sorry about the experience you’ve had it’s definitely not something we want you to go through.
That said, the team has captured your feedback. Please note though, that there’s no guarantee or set timeframe for when requests will be actioned. All feedback is reviewed and considered alongside other priorities.

I’m sorry, I was a little annoyed and didn’t mean to pressure anyone or show off with my Pro membership.
It’s not that I want my suggestion or complaint to be implemented immediately. My point was that my post wasn’t even published, so no other opinions on the matter were possible.
