where is a safe link 2 download gta 5 save editor and does it work for pc?

I know that they have them for the 360 as I used to have one but I have no idea what it was called. They are out there though.

Horizon has one. And Hazard’s gta 5 editor it great too.

I would use Hazard’s editor over Horizons. It puts the Horizon editor to shame.
