Trainers ar made or updated depending on the game’s popularity among the entire WeMod community - a democratic system that makes sure the developer’s time and resources are spent as a priority on those that people want the most.
You can help to gauge the popularity of a specific game by clicking the “Notify Me” button on the game’s page within the WeMod software. As a bonus, you’ll also get notified when it’s released. Here’s more information: https://support.wemod.com/docs/game-queue.
