I have been trying to use Horizon and I cant get It to open without crashing. The logo will come up but It Crashes right after. Can you please let me know what’s wrong?
This might sound like a pretty dumb advise, but have you tried opening the HORIZON app via administrative rights ? Like launching it as an ADMIN ?
Not sure though. And also, you have any AntiVirus or firewall software installed ? Maybe the AV might be blocking the connection ?
Are you on Windows 10 OS ?
I’ve already tried that. Yes I have windows 10. It used to work just fine. I even reset My computer like 4 times In the last 24 hours.
Disable your internet connection before launching horizon and report back with the result.
Remember to enable internet connection so you can post the results*
