what i ask you is it possible to create a compatible version of wemod for android games for those who do not have root on their mobile, such a thing would be great

Supporting android would be awesome but likely will never be possible nor make sense financially. As far as I know, there are no trainers for Android except for emulators which people just create cheat tables for. Generally, mobile devices are more strict about lettings apps freely access stuff without root. If we ever do release something an announcement will be made.
