I would suggest a challenge unlocker if at all possible, anything to do with the safe house. The money and some of the safe house stats are saved on the gpd also so that might require something different.

I have a near 100% completed save if that would help.

This game ****es me off. Bought the Game On Demand version cuz it was one of the ultimate saes, and the **** corrupted my save like 4 missions in, WTF
