Hi,i want to ask if you can please make an horizon for android because i have no money for an pc or laptop,i need because i want to edit my save files but i dont have a laptop/pc. Please.

We currently have no plans to make a cheating tool for mobile apps.
Mobiles are a whole different learning curve from Xbox and PC cheating. Aside from that, the majority of Android apps are server-based. So cheating software similar to WeMod or Horizon would not be possible, as they are not for server-based games under any circumstances.
