Hello everyone, i’m having a problem with the Horizon. I’m trying to start it, but everytime show this error. I have tryied so much things to solve this: Unninstall and install again, i check the framework 3.5, my windows defender is off, run as admin… and others. and none of then solve this error. My OS is Windows 8.1; If anyone could help me, i’ll be very gratyfied. Sorry about my english, i’m not from USA or any other country who speak in english.
