Horizon Inquiry: 1.License Transfer? 2.RB3 DLC?

Hi all, got Horizon Pro and looking for assistance or advice please, I asked in the Discord but was guided here as there might be some experienced users or “elders” who might have advice to share.

2 QUESTIONS:
…1. I have my “OG-xbox360 2007-era” account on my OG console, the OG-360-account is unfortunately tied to a Microsoft account that I can no longer login to on XBOX LIVE due to an unrelated skype TOS mishap locking me out of the connected Microsoft account.

The OG-xbox360 account is still present on my OG-console but it cannot login to XBOX LIVE, only offline.

I have a new-xbox360 account and would like to know if there’s any way for me to transfer my licenses from my Og-360 account to my new-360 account…? IS THERE even a way to see what games I purchased on my OG-360-account?

…2. Also, my console is an Original-Elite-360 and aging fast, i use it quarterly for IRL game nights using tons of Rockband3 DLC i bought on my OG and new account. I’m afraid i will lose all my Rockband licenses from all the Rockband songs/games I Exported to RB3 when the console dies. (650+ official songs) Is there a way for me to transfer all that DLC to a new console/account? I’ve heard some say to just emulate the game on xenia or RPCS3 and that my DLC can follow me?.. but i really would rather avoid that unless it’s a last resort if I cannot play on original hardware anymore, as playing on OG-hardware is SUPER nostalgic to my IRL friends and I who’ve been playing the game on the same equipment and 360 for well over 1.5 decades.

License cannot be transferred between Xbox accounts. There are other means of reobtaining it without paying that would also allow you to add more content.

Thank you for the fast reply. So license transferring to another account is a no-go. But is there a way for me to license transfer all my DLC and games on my banned-og-360 account/Original-Elite-360 over to a newer new-account/new-slim-360-console to play them on there?

My main goal is to retain the ability to play all of my legit Rockband3 DLC and Rockband3-customs DLC.

My other question: is there any way to for me to SEE what content i owned/purchased on my banned/og-360 account?

There is no saving your license but you could get a modified console that would allow you to play the DLCs and do other things like add custom songs.
