so basically yesterday i was using horizon just fine but today i had a connection lost error for some reason so i deleted horizon and downloaded it again and now it loads up just fine but it loads forever

it keeps on going like this forever and i kept horizon on for 30 minutes and still the same loading
so how do i fix this
okay quick update it loaded up after so long but now its taking forever to load the usb.same loading but now cant load the usb
