Hello all,
I did a bit of searching on this topic and did not see what I did to resolve my issue anyplace so I figured I would share how I was able to resolve my “Error has occurred whilst writing back to the loaded package!”
For me it turned out to by the format of my USB flash drive.
I had it formatted at FAT32 and had to reformat it to NTFS.

Then had to format it on the XBOX for use.
Once that was done I save my game info to be modded and then it resolve the error.
Hope this helps others that might be having this issue.
