After looking at other posts I have yet to find this one, maybe a link to an outdated version that I can use?
I have a feeling it isn’t working because I don’t have a Genuine copy of Windows 7.

If possible, can you try running the Setup file as an administrator?

Already tried, same issue.
Like I said I have a feeling its my os but idk.

Try running it from the built in admin account on windows. Run CMD as admin then type this

net user administrator /active:yes

Log out of the account you are on then login to the admin account that should have showed up. You might want to disable UAC also.

I figured out that this is caused by anti-virus software blocking the installer from writing to the registry. Disabling your AV should do the trick.

This problem is becuase horizon is not compatible with windows 10 because its made for windows 8 and below ;-; please update horizon

Horizon works just fine on Windows 10.

Do you have any proof to back up that statement? Staff have said that horizon works on windows 10 and that a very few percentage of users experiences issues.

@ironrafael09 Have you first tried to remove, and uninstall the previous version of the Horizon App which has been installed on your OS as well ? Kindly try to re-download and install HORIZON from scratch. Make sure to run HORIZON as an ADMIN/Administrator. It might be possible that there are still some missing/corrupt registry entries on your system, though I’m not jumping to any conclusion, as of now. I just put my flash drive into my computer with my GTA 5 Online files and it won’t connect. I tried many times with and without the files but still won’t work. I’m just trying to hack GTA 5 Online. I tried both 2 of my flash drives. One is exFAT and the other is FAT32. I have tried both. Please help.

Yea it won’t connect. I have modded multiplayer before but then my CDgot the ring of fire on it so I just stopped playing. Now I got another CD (gta 5 online) and I’m trying to hack it again. I used horizon to hack it before too so that is why I am trying to get it back.

Edit: by cd you mean disc and ring of fire is what happens when the disc jumps out while spinning, resulting in scratching. I get the cd part now.

Move any files back to your 360, if you have any on it. Now format it on your PC to FAT32 and try putting the files on it again and see if Horizon recognizes it. If not, try the same thing with the one that’s currently exFAT but format it to FAT32. Horizon can be picky about what flash drives it will let to use.

Hi i downloaded horizon a while ago and strangely once done there was no icon for horizon or anything I went to delete it to redownload it and it failed it said something like this error but instead of access denied it was something else please help I need to uninstall it because when I try to install it without deleting it it still doesn’t show up
