Hello,
I’m sure many of you remember the Xbox360 Unlocker (Horizon Xbox 360 Modding-Werkzeug | WeMod).

Now to my question:

  • Is this safe from a ban from the Xbox network?
  • Can I use it to install and play games on the 360 if I don’t own them (+DLC)?
