I had Horizon and it ran fine then I had to uninstall it which I had a ton of problems with once I had it fully uninstalled I tried to reinstall it and I said it installed fine but it doesn’t show up in my programs list and it won’t proceed off of the setup launch screen. I have all the .net frameworks and it is not being blocked by my antivirus. can anyone please tell me what is going on.
I tried turning off the internet connection, that changed nothing.
